 Qualifications

  • Minimum of undergraduate degree in Business, Accounting, Tax Finance or related field (advanced degree preferred). 
  • Current CPA license or CPA license candidate.
  • Minimum three years current public accounting (auditing) experience required.
  • Form manager position. At least two years experience as a manager supervising professionals is highly preferred. 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to translate complex issues into simple terms to enhance client understanding.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage project timelines, coordinating others' work and completing work within tight deadlines.
  • Proficient in using technology to accomplish tasks and manage engagements.
  • Demonstrate consultative sales and service skills with clients and effectively present ideas and services to clients that result in additional service.

Responsibilities

  • Manage engagements effectively and efficiently, providing engagement quality and excellent client service, while effectively coaching junior professionals.
  • Provide leadership within the firm, both in technical knowledge and staff direction.
  • Consistently demonstrate a commitment to providing excellent client service, leading by example and holding others accountable to maintaining the company culture of placing our client's needs and goals at the center of each project.
  • Ensure established growth targets are achieved.
  • Initiate business development meetings and events that represent the firm positively.

 

Consulting Manager

This position is available in our Consulting Department. You will work with multiple clients, so you must have time and project management skills, excellent client service skills, and be able to work well with other team members.
