As Audit Manager you will work closely with executive management. The successful candidate will be responsible for all phases of the audit including: planning, directing and completion of audit projects. RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Be able to present and communicate at the executive level

  • Development, mentoring, training, retaining and management of staff

  • Review financial statements

  • Participate in campus and experienced hire recruiting

  • Responsible for running audit projects from start to finish

  • Train and supervise other audit personnel

  • Resolve audit related problems and make recommendations for process improvement

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelors degree in Business, Accounting, Tax, Finance or related field

  • 5-7 years of current public accounting (audit) experience

  • Previous supervisory experience

  • Excellent time and project management skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to translate complex issues into simple terms to enhance understanding

  • Proficient in using technology to accomplish tasks and manage engagements

  • Overnight travel is under 15%

  • Current CPA license required
