As Audit Manager you will work closely with executive management. The successful candidate will be responsible for all phases of the audit including: planning, directing and completion of audit projects. RESPONSIBILITIES
Be able to present and communicate at the executive level
Development, mentoring, training, retaining and management of staff
Review financial statements
Participate in campus and experienced hire recruiting
Responsible for running audit projects from start to finish
Train and supervise other audit personnel
Resolve audit related problems and make recommendations for process improvement

REQUIREMENTS
Bachelors degree in Business, Accounting, Tax, Finance or related field
5-7 years of current public accounting (audit) experience
Previous supervisory experience
Excellent time and project management skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to translate complex issues into simple terms to enhance understanding
Proficient in using technology to accomplish tasks and manage engagements
Overnight travel is under 15%
Current CPA license required
